TNSBP Company (Private Joint Stock) was incorporated on February 25th, 2015 for the purpose of realization of the policies of Principle 44 of the Constitutional Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as advised by the supreme leader, with the objective of participation in privatization process of the country economy. That during this time it could achieve agencies of original manufacturers in the field of Energy and cooperation in power plants’ projects.
The most important objective of the company is comprised of the exploitation of specialized and experienced human resources, available financial sources and also facilitating and accelerating plans to put into operation with the aim of constant development production of electricity industry of the country, optimization and retrofitting of TPPs, CCPPs and HPPs with the help of domestic and foreign investment and finance.
In general, the main purpose of the establishment of TNSBP company, is making a relationship bridge between the investors, the investees, and the contractors in the projects in the fields of activities of the company that after being acquainted with each other, the validation and feasibility stages in the project will be performed by the experienced experts to provide a reliable relationship and partnership among the beneficiaries with minimum risks.
